MORESCO Trading (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of MORESCO Corporation, known in Japan as an expert in water, oil, and polymers. 

The company was founded on November 30, 2022, with a registered capital of RMB 17.3217 million, and serves as the sales window in China for MORESCO Corporation’s product portfolio. 

Since MORESCO established its presence in China, it has focused on high-end manufacturing sectors such as automotive and electronics. Leveraging the Group’s years of technical expertise and strong resource integration capabilities, the company has become an important supplier of specialty chemical solutions.

The main business scope of MORESCO Trading (Zhejiang) Co.,Ltd. includes specialty lubricants such as die-casting fluids (release agents and lubricants), forging auxiliaries, metalworking oils/fluids, fire-resistant hydraulic oils/fluids, and high-vacuum pump oils.

MORESCO (Haining) Interfacial New Materials Co.,Ltd.

As MORESCO Corporation’s R&D and manufacturing base in China, MORESCO (Zhejiang) Functional Materials Co.,Ltd. was registered on March 23, 2022. It is located at No. 19 Yongtai Road, Huangwan Town, Haining City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, with a site area of 23,300 m². Recognized for its strong industry presence and investment value, the company was designated in 2023 by the Jiaxing Municipal Bureau of Commerce as an investment project by a “global industry leading enterprise.” Its core product lines include minimum-quantity spray, oil-based release agents, plunger oils, cutting oils, hydraulic oils, and encapsulation adhesives, providing professional materials support for the automotive manufacturing and semiconductor industries.

To further strengthen its presence in China, MORESCO (Zhejiang) Functional Materials Co.,Ltd. established a wholly owned subsidiary, MORESCO (Haining) Interfacial New Materials Co.,Ltd., on April 22, 2025. The subsidiary focuses on release agents, plunger additives, forging auxiliaries, as well as cutting fluids, hydraulic fluids, refrigerants, and cleaning agents. Together with the parent company, it forms an efficient, complementary, and synergistic structure, further expanding the scope of product and service coverage.

Both companies are positioned as “R&D-centered manufacturing enterprises” and remain committed to the principle of “R&D for the customer.” By addressing emerging needs in boundary domains, they aim to build an enterprise group that creates value for the sustainable development of society. Currently, the overall maximum annual production capacity can reach 20,000 metric tons, demonstrating strong large-scale manufacturing capability.
