General Water-Soluble Release Agents

This series is a water-soluble release agent for aluminum-alloy die casting that can be used at high dilution ratios. It was developed for use on medium and large die-casting machines, with the aim of improving release-agent adhesion, heat resistance, resistance to soldering, and release performance during part removal. Even on high-temperature molds with complex geometries, it forms a robust release film.

For large, thick-walled castings, it effectively helps prevent soldering and improves ease of operation. Made with materials offering excellent heat resistance, it delivers a smooth casting surface. With high adhesion, it can be used at high dilution ratios. It offers good emulsion stability, with no precipitation and no nozzle or line clogging. With the addition of a special silicone oil, it provides good suitability for subsequent coating and electroplating of castings.

All-in-One Die-Casting Release Agent

This series is a water-soluble release agent developed for die casting aluminum-alloy structural components. While meeting the requirements for part release and forming, it effectively reduces release-agent gas generation, helping reduce the high casting porosity caused by release-agent gassing.

1. Through additive compounding technology, the product forms a uniform release film across both low-temperature and high-temperature areas of the mold.

2. It adheres effectively in deep, complex cavities and at slide/core areas.

3. With good material heat resistance and excellent thermal stability of the film, it helps ensure smooth part release.

4. It supports downstream processes for body structural parts, including cleaning, coating, and bonding/adhesive

5. Low gas generation helps meet the mechanical performance requirements of body castings.

Release Agent for Neat-Coating Application

New alloys used in all-in-one die casting differ from conventional die-cast aluminum alloys. They are characterized by a high molten-metal temperature, poor melt fluidity, and a tendency to solidify easily. In addition, because subsequent heat treatment and welding are required, low gas generation from the release agent is essential.

1. A neat-spray release agent that can be applied as supplied, with no dilution required (water-based/oil-based).

2. It forms a uniform release film across a wide temperature range, from the mold’s high-temperature zones to low-temperature zones.

3. Low staining; both product discoloration and mold buildup can be improved.

4. With an extremely low spray volume, it can shorten air-blow time and reduce the overall production cycle.

5. Excellent emulsion stability, helping address issues such as liquid spoilage and nozzle clogging.

6. No wastewater is generated and no wastewater treatment is required, making it environmentally friendly.
