Magnesium-Alloy Die-Casting Release Agent

This product is a water-soluble release agent for magnesium-alloy die casting that can be used at high dilution ratios. It offers excellent mold adhesion and forms a uniform release film, helping deliver excellent melt flowability.

It is suitable for thin-walled magnesium- and aluminum-alloy parts with high melt-flow requirements, such as laptop housings, magnesium-alloy mobile phone housings, aluminum-alloy mobile phone housings, and mid-frames, etc.

1. With the addition of water-soluble polymer additives, mold adhesion is improved, and melt flowability is further enhanced.

2. Excellent cleanability, with no adverse impact on subsequent coating and electroplating.

3. Good emulsion stability, with no issues such as precipitation or spoilage.
