Release Agents for Ultra-Low-Speed Die Casting / Liquid Forging
This product is a special, powder-containing, water-soluble release agent suitable for extrusion or high-pressure, low-speed production. Thanks to the solid lubricant’s excellent heat-retaining effect, it helps prevent rapid solidification of the molten metal, providing good melt flowability and enabling die-cast products with very low levels of shrinkage porosity.
1. Excellent heat retention helps maintain melt flowability and delivers good release performance.
2. Good dispersibility helps reduce spray nozzle clogging and improves operability. Buildup around the mold is easy to remove, simplifying mold maintenance.
3. With virtually no gas generation, it effectively suppresses porosity and is suitable for heat treatment.

Silicone-Free Release Agents (Compatible with Downstream Processing)
This series comprises silicone-free, water-soluble release agents for small and medium die-casting machines. It is suitable for producing parts intended for coating or painting.
1. By using raw materials with high heat resistance, casting surface quality is improved.
2. Emulsion stability is further enhanced, reducing issues such as precipitate formation, spray nozzle clogging, and emulsion spoilage.
3. Because it contains no silicone oil, it is suitable for coating/painting and electroplating castings.

Silicone-Free, Wax-Free Release Agent (For Zinc Alloys Only)
GRAPHACE HC-100 is a release agent for zinc-alloy casting. Depending on operating conditions, it can be diluted with water or kerosene. Formulated with various additives, it helps reduce residue buildup on metal molds and improves the working environment.
1. With minimal residue buildup on the mold surface, it has no adverse impact on part dimensions or gas venting, and mold cleaning is easy.
2. No staining of the parts; the casting surface appearance is attractive.
